Crystal Air PCM present at the InPath-TES event in Trinity College on the impact of Thermal Energy Storage systems using Phase Change Materials. The aim now is to encourage students to pursue PHD programmes in Thermal Energy Storage. Offering Technical learning modules aimed at educating students on TES systems. Mark Claffey, Mechanical Project Engineer for Crystal Air PCM presented from an Industrial prospective and provided examples of our incorporation of TES into commercial buildings for cooling.

Crystal Air PCM participate in the Nearly Zero Energy Building(NZEB) event hosted by CIBSE Ireland. Key areas of focus on the day centred around the recent changes to Part L of the Building Regulations in Ireland and how these changes are and will impact our industry. Renewable energy, cost implications, challenges & opportunities for both new & refurbishment projects were just some of the topics covered. Are you ready for these changes?
